Mike Hilbert is our newest addition to the TuWay family. Mike comes to us after completing 35 years of service in the City of Allentown’s 911 Center, where he last held the position of Director. In addition to project management, Mike also provides planning and consulting expertise on key projects. Mike holds a certification as an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) from, and is an active member of, the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). He is also an accredited Communications Technician (Comm-T) under the National Incident Management System (NIMS), and is a member of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO).
