Jason Greenawald CSM, ENP
Jason manages all technical engineering personnel as well as pre- and post-sales support. He brings twenty-five years of work in the mission-critical IT industry, coupled with sixteen years of public safety experience here. It’s all underpinned with certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VESTA 911, Zetron, NOKIA, Tait Radio, Motorola Solutions, Eventide, and NICE Systems. He also has cybersecurity certifications from the Texas A&M National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (DHS/FEMA) for cyber-attacks and mitigation.
Jason’s technical expertise and leadership were instrumental in the design and launch of our Network and Security Operations Center. This critical project allows us to provide 24/7 support to our mission-critical customers from a locally managed NSOC facility in Bethlehem, PA.
He also designed and built the innovative PA NECORE regional Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet). It connects eight counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania so they can share 9-1-1 call processing, radio communications, Computer Aided Dispatch, and voice recording across a myriad of networking mediums. This network allows NECORE counties to leverage a shared system and reduce ongoing support costs while adding resiliency and redundancy.
Since 2023, Jason has served on the Board of Directors for the Consortium for Certified Service Centers and is an active member of the Pennsylvania and national NENA and APCO chapters.
A 2006 graduate of Shippensburg University with a BSBA degree in Management of Information Systems, he earned his ENP certification from the NENA Institute in 2019 and the Certified Service Manager (CSM) certification from ETA in 2022.

Jared manages our IT and Cybersecurity division. With over 25 years of experience, his expertise ranges from technical design and implementation of multiple Emergency Services IP Networks (ESINets) and Computer-Aided Dispatch Systems to offensive security, penetration testing, intrusion countermeasures, and digital forensics.
He spent 12 years working in the public safety sector, deploying and managing cybersecurity programs. Jared developed a custom Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) System to continually monitor for cybersecurity intrusions. He also conceived and built numerous Computer-Aided Dispatch Systems in the state’s Northeast region so that 9-1-1 centers could share dispatch technology, infrastructure, and personnel.
There’s also a long list of certifications from EC-Council, Cisco, NOKIA, VESTA, Motorola, Microsoft, Hurricane Electric, LevelBlue, AlientVault, and Texas A&M National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (DHS/FEMA). In 2024, he added an Emergency Number Professional certification from the National Emergency Number Association (NENA).
Jared has lectured on cybersecurity at the Pennsylvania chapter of NENA’s annual conference, the Pennsylvania chapter of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO), the Enterprise Wireless Alliance annual leadership conference, and the NENA national conference.
