Bill sets the vision and strategic direction for the company while playing an integral role in maintaining a good working culture. He is actively involved in all daily details.
Bill has grown the company from a small Motorola Service Center in the early 1990s to a growing telecommunications integrator today. He’s been a member of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance (FCC Coordinating Committee) for 30 years, Chairman for two years and on the Executive Committee for the past 12 years. Bill also served on the Northampton Community College’s Board of Directors for a decade, and is a member of VISTAGE, a global CEO organization for 25 years.
Under Bill’s watch, the company won the Tait Black Dealer Award, numerous Motorola Pinnacle Awards and the Vertical Partner of the Year – all prestigious industry awards that recognize outstanding quality service.

Arthur F. Taschler, Jr.
Overseeing TuWay’s day-to-day business operations, Art Taschler, Jr. is responsible for all corporate accounting, legal concerns, risk management/safety issues, and human resource issues. His progression through the organization included starting as an operations specialist, being promoted to director of corporate operations, and then assuming his current position as Chief Operating Officer/ Treasurer.
Prior to joining TuWay, Art served in various high-level roles in the wireless data communications and banking industries. One of Art’s most notable honors is receiving the Sales and Marketing Executives International Distinguished Sales Award.
